Your event is not the time to try out unproved talent. An entertainment consultant can be a big asset to your event planning team. 48-14 works with  musicians, bands/groups, DJ’s, singers, and comedians on a regular basis so we are familiar with the full spectrum of services available for your event.

We sit down and discuss the details of your event, answer questions and work with you on determining your entertainment needs.  48-14 is also able to book either local or national talent, depending on what you are looking for.

The variety of services available include:

·  Providing a  list of Artists in the genre that you feel best fits your event.

·  Check and confirm availability for the Artists that you are interested in.

·  Put together an offer in a way that best represents your needs and interests for the event.

·  Negotiate with the Artist’s Agent and place the offer.

·  Once the offer is accepted, 48-14 will go through the Artist contract and rider and make the appropriate changes on your behalf and send them to you for review and signature.

·  Facilitate the contractual process and any negotiations between the event, Artist, and agent.

·  Provide you with current Artists photos, bio, and other available publicity and/or media information to help you promote your event.

·  Remain available to you to answer any questions that may arise prior to the event and will retain copies of the contracts in order to answer questions from either the Artist or your organization.

·  A representative from 48-14 will be on site to coordinate and ensure that your event runs smoothly and they will handle any issues or problems that may arise on the day/night of show.

 Contracts: Any time you book any form of entertainment, be sure to get a contract that covers exactly what you are expecting the entertainers to do. Be clear about the times you want them to perform, and how you want them to interact with your guests.

Setup requirements: The formality, facility, and size of your event will determine the type of music or entertainment that is appropriate. Be very specific about getting the space and setup requirements for your entertainers so that you can accurately relay the information to your event coordinator and facility.
